Standards and ethics for CCAC caregivers

All caregivers registered with the Community Care Access Centre are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Respect & Dignity

Treat all clients with respect, dignity, and compassion regardless of their background, beliefs, or condition.

Confidentiality

Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and respect their privacy at all times.

Safety First

Prioritize the safety and well-being of clients, reporting any concerns or incidents immediately.

Professionalism

Maintain professional boundaries, arrive punctually, and deliver services to the highest standard.

Honesty & Integrity

Be honest in all interactions, accurately report care activities, and never engage in fraudulent behavior.

Inclusive Care

Provide care without discrimination and adapt to the cultural, religious, and personal preferences of each client.

Violations

Any violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the CCAC platform. We take all reports of misconduct seriously and investigate thoroughly to protect our clients and maintain trust in our community.
